🚀 Dang dang diggity dang, the SUPERMAN trailer lands with a bang, at last!
There’s a hell of a lot of ‘for the fans’ characters in this trailer… who do you recognise?
I’m no Superman Superstan, but I believe I see Ultraman (an alternate-universe Superman), The Engineer (from Jim Lee’s Wildstorm comics that was integrated into the DC universee), Green Lantern in Guy Gardner trim, Mr Terrific, Hawkgirl, Metamorpho, and Not All Heroes Wear Capes Man helping Supes to his feet.
Totally made the last dude up, but what a guy.
Oh, and Rumlow 😂 as Rick Flagg Sr!
I also really love that director James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy) is kicking this off from a place of assumed knowledge. We all know who Superman is, so let’s skip the origin story and get deep into something fresh! Great move.
