What if the next Porsche Cayenne arrives with a little 911 and a little Taycan for a more sleek look? I’m into it.

My colleague and good mate Theottle has imagined the upcoming next-gen Porsche Cayenne with a more athletic look than we’ve seen from past generations, and I’d say it’s got legs.
Metaphorically, of course.
An interesting thing about Porsche is that while the 911 super sports car has (almost) always run with those familiar elliptical headlights, every other model has been treated with a lot more design freedom.
Whether it’s the more angular headlights of the Boxster and Cayman or the slim rectangular eyes of the Taycan and new Macan (see the gallery below), these are the models that really allow Porsche’s pencil pushers to express themselves.
Are we likely to see this very 911-inspired snout on the next Cayenne? Nah. The Cayenne is Porsche’s luxury family hauler, so it’ll remain as big and boxy as a Porsche can be.
In fact, spy photos posted to CarScoops show that we can expect a very Macan-like look – but I’m still very into what Theo has done here.
