Berlin is responding to Musk just as you’d expect…

Graffiti in Berlin is Wie Sand am Meer, given its important role in protest and social commentary – so this new ‘piece’ spotted at Richardplatz this week is mighty topical.

Amusingly, the below photo of a burnt-out Model Y was posted to reddit today, but as one commenter noted, the car was actually found like this “a couple of weeks ago” at Kirchgasse Neukölln – which is very close to where the ‘Burn more Teslas’ graffiti was left.

In my experience, burnt-out cars sit for a while in Berlin, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the graffiti – although in response to Musk’s Nazi salute – was inspired by the wreck!

Of course, the fact that Musk has spoken in support of AfD (Alternative for Deutschland, a right-wing political party) is probably contributing to Tesla’s falling sales in Europe…
